Propfolio Management, LLC (“Propfolio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates propfoliom.com (the “Website”) and provides property management services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit or use:

  • propfoliom.com (public Website)

  • https://easypmportal.com/ (private consumer and tenant portal, the “Portal”)

  • Any other websites, applications, or services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”).

CT International is an affiliated company that may support certain operational, administrative, or technology functions for Propfolio as described below.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We collect information in three ways: (A) information you provide, (B) information collected automatically, and (C) information from third parties.

A. Information You Provide

Depending on how you interact with the Service, you may provide:

  • Property/tenancy data: rental application details, lease information, maintenance requests, move-in/move-out records, communications

  • Payment data: bank account details or card information (collected and processed by our payment processors; we generally do not store full payment card numbers)

  • Any other information you submit: forms, surveys, uploaded documents, messages, or customer support requests

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you submit.

B. Information Collected Automatically (Log Data)

When you visit our Website or Portal, our servers and analytics providers may automatically record:

  • Browser type/version, operating system

  • Pages viewed, time/date of visit, time spent

  • Property owners/investors who engage us to manage a property

We do not sell your Personal Information.

We may disclose information if required to comply with law, court order, subpoena, regulatory inquiry, or to protect rights, safety, or property of Propfolio, our users, or others.

E. Business Transfers

If Propfolio is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.


5. Data Retention

We retain Personal Information only as long as necessary for:

  • Providing services and maintaining accounts

  • Legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and compliance obligations

  • Resolving disputes and enforcing agreements

  • Security and fraud prevention

Retention periods vary depending on the data type and legal requirements. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

  3. Confirm completion

Some data may be retained for legal/compliance/operational reasons, but will remain protected.

You are responsible for keeping your Portal login credentials confidential.
